FAQ

I offer individual virtual therapy tailored to meet your unique needs. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, addiction concerns, trauma therapy, anger management, boundary setting, and more. I work with adults ages 25 and up to provide compassionate and effective support.

My approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to best meet your individual needs. I believe in the power of connection and the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and work toward positive change. My goal is to help you develop new perspectives and strategies that empower you to live a more fulfilling life.

Virtual therapy sessions are conducted over a secure platform, allowing you to connect with me from the comfort and privacy of your own home. These sessions are just as effective as in-person meetings and offer the convenience of accessing therapy without the need to travel. A strong internet connection is required to ensure our sessions run smoothly without interruptions.

Each session is 50 minutes long, with a fee of $140. If you feel that you need more time, I also offer extended 100-minute sessions for $280. It’s important to me that you get the time and attention you need during our work together.

I am not in network with insurance companies and, therefore, cannot directly accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a receipt for your paid sessions, including the necessary coding, so you can file it with your insurance company to see if they offer any reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a 24-hour notice. This policy ensures that I can offer the time slot to another client in need. If the 24-hour notice is not given, you will be required to pay the full session fee.

Absolutely not. I am committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. There is no discrimination based on age, race, culture, disability, ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation, or marital status. Everyone is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

You can schedule an appointment by calling me directly at (610) 513-6865 or by emailing me. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have and look forward to working with you.
